To set up electricity, sell or rent a home in Barcelona you usually need a valid electrical installation certificate. As authorised installers we issue it ourselves — no middlemen, with the inspection done by our own technician.
Many ads "process" the certificate by subcontracting a third party. We are the ones licensed for electrical and gas work, so the inspection and the signature come from the same house. That's faster and keeps responsibility clear.
